4. How long will this take?

Most repairs are completed same-day or within 1–3 business days after we receive your device,
depending on the complexity. Shipping times vary based on your location.

5. Are there hidden fees / will you charge me for the repairs without me confirming them?

Never. You are only charged for the repairs you approve. We provide transparent pricing and free
estimates before starting any work.

6. How will you contact me?

We will contact you via the email or phone number you provide in the repair request form. All updates,
quotes, and confirmations are sent directly to you.

7. How long do I have to pay?

You have up to 7 days to approve and pay the repair quote. If you need more time, simply contact us
and we can extend the window.

8. What happens if you can’t fix my device?

We fix 99.9% of Mac issues. If we cannot repair your Mac, we’ll return it to you at no cost. You won’t be
charged for diagnostics or any unsuccessful repair attempts

9. What happens if I send an item for repair that is not listed on your service offerings?

We’ll contact you immediately to discuss options. If it’s something we cannot service, we will return the
item safely with no charges.
