Pack your MacBook securely and attach the provided shipping label. Drop it off at the nearest carrier location — shipping is free both ways for most repairs. We’ll notify you as soon as your MacBook arrives and begin the diagnostic process.
After inspection, our certified technicians will contact you with a detailed repair quote. Approve it, and we’ll get your MacBook repaired and shipped back to you — fast, professional, and hassle-free.
