Return Policy

Most items can be returned for a refund or replacement/exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are in original, unused, and undamaged condition.

  • For eligible items, free returns may be available at partner locations. Check the product detail page before ordering.
  • After an order is placed, return eligibility will also appear in your Order History.
  • A refund will be issued once Apple Fix Pros (or the third-party seller) receives the item and confirms eligibility. Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive, inspect, and process your return. In some cases, processing times may be longer. If additional information is needed, Customer Service will contact you.

Once a refund is issued, your financial institution may require additional time to release the funds.

Return Window

Most items sold on Apple Fix Pros can be returned within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Lid sensors
  • Batteries (due to safety risks once shipped or opened)
  • LCD assemblies & batteries with shipping restrictions
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

If a non-returnable or Final Sale item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Customer Service immediately.

Initiating a Return

To begin a return for an eligible item:

  • Go to Your Orders, select the item, and click “Return Items.”
  • OR call Customer Service at +1 (916) 735-5966.

Return Fees

Most returns are free. However, in certain situations fees may apply (for example: used items, damaged items, incorrect packaging, or false claims). Returned items cannot be sent back to you once processed.

Warranty Policy — MacBooks & Parts

MacBooks (Used or Refurbished)

All MacBook purchases include a 1-year warranty covering hardware defects not caused by the customer.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Liquid damage
  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
  • Software issues caused by third-party modifications

Return Period: MacBooks can be returned within 7 days of purchase in the same condition as sold, with all accessories. A restocking fee may apply if the device shows signs of use or damage.

Parts (Screens, Batteries, Logic Boards & Other Components)

All parts include a 1-year replacement warranty for manufacturer defects.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage during installation
  • Incorrect installation or attempted repairs
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, burned connectors
  • Software/compatibility issues
  • “Change of mind” reasons

Return Period: Parts may be returned within 7 days as long as they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Logic Board Return Policy (Important)

Important: If purchasing parts for devices with liquid damage, be aware that additional component failures may exist.

  • Apple Fix Pros photographs and records each product before shipping.
  • All Logic Boards are fully tested and quality-checked by our technician team.
  • Verify the model number before ordering.
  • Logic Boards are eligible for return within 30 days, only if unused and undamaged.
  • Warranty covers technical defects only — not installation damage, compatibility issues, software issues, or “change of mind.”
  • If you are not experienced or certified in board-level repair, do not purchase.
  • No false reasons, no false claims, no experimental purchases. False claims are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Heavy & Bulky Item Returns

Returns may incur additional fees for items that:

  • Weigh 35 lbs or more
  • Have a packed longest side over 45 inches
  • Have a packed girth over 130 inches (Girth = length + 2 × (width + height))

Some heavy/bulky returns may require a scheduled home collection by a specialty carrier.

Discounted Purchases

If a returned item was part of a discount requirement (bundles, quantity discounts, etc.), your refund will be adjusted to reflect the loss of that discount.
