Get up to $1,575 for Your Used Device
Trade in your device, unlock value, and help create a more sustainable future by giving it a new life!
Start by completing our quick Sell Your Mac form. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email or text with your prepaid shipping label and simple instructions. Please note — the offer you see on our website is an estimate (a price range). The final offer depends on your Mac’s year, model, condition, and authenticity after inspection.
Pack your Mac securely and ship it using the free prepaid label we send you. There’s no cost to you, and we’ll notify you as soon as your device arrives at our facility.
Once we inspect your Mac, we’ll contact you with the final confirmed offer. Approve it and receive fast payment, or decline and have your device returned — no pressure, no hidden fees. We will send your payment using PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or by check through the mail — whichever is most convenient for you.
Your quoted value is based on the information provided and confirmed upon final inspection.

Power up your device and check that the operating system and software operates correctly.
Scratches vs Cracks: Scratches on the screen are normal wear and tear, but cracks on the screen or camera are considered damage. If you run your fingernail across the area applying pressure and your fingernail catches, it is a crack, otherwise it's likely just a scratch.
Screen malfunction: Damaged screens may display only a single color, distorted colors, or flicker.
Look for broken or missing keys. Check that all keys and buttons are functional and that the trackpad is responsive.
Minor scratches are considered normal wear and tear, but cracks and severe dents to the housing are considered damage.
